Group Rules and Regulations
*Please be aware of the threads marked with a . These are considered "stickies" and are generally considered important to read.
*It is requested and encouraged, but not required that all registered members post some sort of introduction thread. Non-registered members are welcome to post an introduction of some sort in the Public and Guests section.
Respect
Respect yourself, respect others. It's not about who gives it first or who "earns" it. Members are expected to show some level of respect to ALL other members.
One needs not like a person, to respect them. Even enemies on a battlefield show respect toward one another.
Chatroom
Because I can not afford to pay for additional services/features from AddonChat, There is no ability to assign admins or to kick problem members. However, forum rules and measures still apply to the chatroom. If you can't follow rules, You can still can be removed from the forum (which takes away your chat access as well).
If chat becomes a problem i CAN disable it and we can be without one or find a better one.
Trolls
Internet "Trolls" are allowed to join and participate as long as they maintain respect to members.
Trolling will be frowned upon.
If someone is a bother, please report them to active staff so that the matter or member can be handled. Please avoid feeding trolls (though i know it can be tempting ).
Open-Mindedness
Within this group it is asked that you keep an open-mind, but not so much that your brain falls out.
Everyone has beliefs and opinions and are entitled to them. Please be aware that in this group, such things are open to be questioned. Be prepared to support your claims as best you can. (How else can we gain knowledge and understanding without information?)
If you're a bit unsure or cloudy on the definition of, and what "open-mindedness" is really about, I would recommend watching this video (also located Here).
Chatspeak and Grammar
We understand that English is not going to be everyone's first language. We also understand that not everyone is going to be the best at spelling and grammar.
It is encouraged for everyone to be themselves and be comfortable doing so, however please be mindful in word choice and try to keep harsh (cursing/cuss words) language to a minimum.
Some words have been selected (a few specific) and are censored. If you use one of these words, it will automatically (it should) change in your post. More can be added to the list if needed.
Maturity
Membership is open to everyone ages 13+.
Many topics in this forum will require some thought and maturity. Please at least act your age. A "mature" section of the forum can be created for members 16, 17 or 18+.
Excessive use of harsh language, blatant disregard for other members, staff and rules may result in account suspension. Repeat offenders and severe cases may be deleted or banned.
