Season 1 Have you ever heard the one about a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost living together? Well for George, Mitchell and Annie, that's no joke; that's their life... or afterlife as the case may be. The supernatural trio share a rented house, desperately trying to balance their paranormal problems with the challenge of simply Being Human.
Season 2 The threat to Mitchell, George and Annie is human in the form of the mysterious Professor Jaggat and the cold-hearted Kemp. Jaggat and Kemp are fundamentalist Christians who discovered the existence of vampires, werewolves and ghosts and determined to destroy them or carry out brutal experiments upon them.
Season 3 The heroes move to Wales to continue their quest to live like normal human beings, but the net is closing in on Mitchell, Annie is trapped in purgatory and George and Nina battle domestic challenges
Season 4 A vampire, werewolf and ghost want a quiet life. Meanwhile, The Old Ones are coming.

I much prefer the UK version, i wanna say it's the original (though i don't know for sure and i haven't actually seen the US version. The US version shows on the Sy-fy (formally sci-fi) channel (check your local listings) and i don't know where the UK version airs (probably the BBC channel), though i was able to find it On-Demand for those of you that have that feature.. I'm sure there's also a link to catch-up on the series' on the website.. Why do i like it? While it's about fictional creatures I think even the real individuals can relate to some extent, especially those who aren't "out of the coffin" (or whatever your term for it is), in that these are seemingly young people trying to make their own in a world that they feel they don't fully belong in. The struggle of being, acting or feeling normal, whatever that is, when the individual may not actually be "normal". Then again, it's fiction, so there is obviously some entertainment value in it too

Every Saturday night at 9(est) is a new episode of the newest season (4) on the BBC channel.. Not so great if you're not caught up but, they're showing up OnDemand (for those that have it) so there's some time to catch up before you have to search the internet or something for them..

www.vampires.com/fangtastic-news-for-fans-of-both-being-human-shows/Whether you're a fan of the original Being Human or the American remake I've got great news for all of you! Both shows will be back for another season! BBC's Being Human, which is currently on its fourth season, has been renewed for a fifth season. The awesome show, about a vampire, a ghost, and a werewolf who are roommates, is still a big hit despite losing two of its three main characters prior to Season 4. But that's not all the Being Human news, it was also announced that the American version, which airs on SyFy, has been renewed for a third season. Yay!
